Valdadige is a land characterized by a constant breeze that meets virtuously with the mild and Mediterranean climate of nearby Lake Garda. Here our wine comes from grapes grown in soil of porphyry-calcareous origin, which enhances the typical characteristics of an array of autochthonous grape varieties. Among these, the place of honor belongs to a truly authentic native: “Foja Tonda”, a wine obtained from ``Casetta`` grapes, which until a few years ago was at risk of extinction. “Foja Tonda” is a symbol of the biodiversity that characterizes this valley, furrowed by the Adige River and snuggled in among the mountains.
