The wine ages in big barrels.<br \/>\n<strong>Food pairings:<\/strong> perfect companion for everyday cuisine, it goes well with local traditional dishes, as polenta with cheese and mushrooms.<br \/>\n<strong>Service temperature:<\/strong> 14-16 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This wine is an authentic expression of the terroir of Marano\u2019s high hills in the Valpolicella Classico area.
